Recently, Attorney General of Ontario has announced certain amendments to family law to make it quicker, less costly, and less aggressive. In these days, more and more couples are looking for ways to get their divorce without having too much trouble. Most of them want to settle their divorce issues outside the court premises. Even if they do have disagreements, they try to reach a separation agreement before going to court.

Man and woman were created to complement one another. However, times have changed and now man and woman have started to cancel one another in stead of complementing, by taking a divorce. One of the factors that have made this happen is the influence of celebrities’ lifestyle. Divorce rate is on the rise all over the world. But opposed to the number of people in conflicted divorce cases, the number of people taking uncontested divorce is less. Taking divorce has become kind of a fad these days.
